Theme: America’s 250th Anniversary

This contest is sponsored by Beyond The Green, a production of Sleeping Bear Productions, LLC (“Sponsor”).

The contest is open to residents of Morris County, New Jersey of all ages. One entry per household. If any creator is under 18, the entry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

Void where prohibited by law.

Build a snowman inspired by the theme “America’s 250th Anniversary.” Patriotic, historical, and community-inspired designs are all welcome.

To enter, submit one original photo that includes BOTH:

• the snowman, and
• the creator(s) pictured with the snowman (proof of creation)

Photos with family members are encouraged, and pets are welcome too.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Each entry email must include:

• Creator(s)’ first and last name(s)
• Town of residence (Morris County, NJ)
• Valid email address (required to deliver the digital gift card; if any creator is under 18, a parent/guardian email address is required)
• Social media handle (required): Instagram and/or Facebook @handle, or a link to your profile
• Snowman title and short description (required): 1–2 sentences describing your snowman and how it connects to America’s 250th
• Parent/guardian confirmation for minors (for example: “I am the parent/guardian and I approve this entry.”)

Social media handles will be used for contest administration (including identification, contact, and tagging) and may appear in Sponsor’s public contest posts.

Entries must be received no later than 10:00 PM on January 26, 2026.

Entries must feature a real, physical snowman created by the participant(s). AI-generated images, digitally created snowmen, heavily manipulated photos, or composited images are not allowed. Basic edits such as cropping or brightness adjustments are permitted.

Sponsor reserves the right to use multiple AI-based and digital analysis tools to review submissions for authenticity and rule compliance. Submissions determined to violate these requirements may be disqualified. Sponsor’s determinations regarding authenticity and eligibility are final.

Entries will be judged by Sponsor based on creativity, originality, craftsmanship, and how well the snowman reflects the America 250 theme. All judging decisions are final and binding.

The Top Winner and three (3) Honorable Mentions will be announced on January 28, 2026 at 8:00 PM on Beyond The Green social media channels.

There is one (1) prize only.

The Top Winner will receive a $50 Amazon digital gift card (approximate retail value: $50). Honorable Mentions receive recognition only and no additional prizes.

The prize will be distributed within 15 days after the contest ends. A valid email address is required to receive the digital gift card. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.

Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.

By entering, participants (and parent/guardian for minors) grant Sponsor permission to share the submitted photo and the creator(s)’ first name(s) and town only on social media and promotional channels for the winner and the three (3) Honorable Mentions. Last names, street addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses will not be publicly shared.

Email addresses will be used solely for contest communication and prize delivery and will not be sold or shared.

• Entries must be original and created by the participant(s).
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules, is inappropriate, or does not follow the theme.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances require.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Amazon or any social media platform.
